NGC 1514 is an especially lovely and delicately blue planetary nebula gently glowing at magnitude 10 in the constellation Taurus. Its expanding outer shell of stellar gas emanates from a magnitude 9.4 close central double star, SAO 57020. A fainter and larger gaseous shell also envelops the brighter inner region.
