The gas and dust of intergalactic stellar creation glow with a delicate blue light reflected from a recently born star in the constellation, Cepheus. The stellar winds generated by the energetic magnitude 7 central star, SAO 19158 light up and shape the surrounding molecular clouds reminiscent of blue iris petals after which this lovely nebula was named.
