Leoburger Part of the fascination that astronomy holds for me is the seemingly endless similarities that earthly objects mimic in the sky. We have horses, eyes, elephant trunks, Eskimos, bugs and pelicans gracing the heavens to our delight and wonderment. The constellation Leo hosts a singularly peculiar galaxy, NGC 3628, that reminds one of a distinctly earthly and ubiquitous artifact, the hamburger. Without further ado, I would like to serve my version of a Leoburger complete with lettuce, mustard, tomato, and tender buns! Bon appetit!
