I have always wanted to image Orion's famous Horsehead Nebula, IC 434, ever since I first seriously started astronomy back in 1978. It is only now, after many years that I finally captured a version of this delicate star forming region that I feel begins to be acceptable enough to present to you. This Horsehead is dedicated to my equestrian daughter, Isabel, who passed on a few years ago.
