The sky was very bright early this morning with the moon just two nights past full. ISON is brightening quickly and growing a longer tail. The comet is midway between the orbits of Mars and the Earth. It is 1.27AU from the Sun. The field of view is 29.4′ x 44.67′ or nearly as high as the full moon. I estimate the tail to be around half the width of a full moon or around 15′ long.
